Products, services and separate terms

This website is the corporate site of SunYears Inc. and does not itself sell products or services. Paid offerings are governed by their own agreements, which take precedence over these website terms for that offering:

• SunYears API Platform. Use of the platform is governed by the platform’s own terms of service, acceptable use policy and published pricing, available on the SunYears API Platform site where you create an account and purchase usage credits. Billing, refunds and cancellation for the platform are handled as described in those platform terms.
• Forward-deployed AI and enterprise services. These engagements are provided under written agreements or statements of work signed with each client, which govern fees, deliverables, cancellation and refunds.
• DoPilot. DoPilot is in development and is not currently offered for sale. Product terms will be published when it launches.

Charges from SunYears Inc. on your card or bank statement relate to the offerings above. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact [email protected] before raising a dispute and we will resolve it promptly.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the SunYears name, website design, text and original materials are owned by or licensed to SunYears and may not be copied or used in a misleading manner without permission.
